The Apple as a Powersnack

Originally from Middle Asia, there exist more than a hundred different kinds worldwide, in Germany there are about twenty. Always eat apples with skin, since it contains 70 %  of its valuable substances. The human body transforms the apple's fruit acids to bases, so apples help against acidemia. It' true: An apple a day keeps the doc away! Due to several natural preservatives the apple's large amount of vitamin C is conserved and protected from oxidation. Eating a fresh, cleansed apple activates your intestines and cures various little ailments:

- strengthens your cardiovascular circulation and immune system
- stabilizes blood sugar level
- 1 apple a day = 11% less LDL cholesterol in your blood
- lower amount of blood lipids

The apple is a perfect snack. You can get apples almost everywhere and they are easily prepared. So, always have an apple at hand, fresh and healthy.
A fresh apple with some fresh lemon juice dripped on top.
Yogurt with a chopped apple.
Snack an apple along with a handful of walnuts.
Low fat yogurt with a rasped apple and a tiny bit of ginger.
Rasp an apple and a large carrot, add juice of one lemon...

Sounds good, doesn't it...?
